Atmosphere
Warm cream, brass and dark wood. A long pastry counter dominates the front of the room; a handful of marble tables sit further back. It feels like a Parisian neighbourhood patisserie that happens to be in Thailand.
Coffee
A clean, well-pulled espresso programme that knows its job — to hold its own next to the food. The flat white is consistent, the espresso is bright, and the cappuccino is built the way it should be.
Food & Pastries
The viennoiserie is the headline and it's superb. Visible lamination, audible shatter, confident butter. The plain croissant, the pain au chocolat and the almond croissant are all best-in-city. Cakes and tarts are equally serious.
